FilmCo international productions, the production company seems to be very difficult to locate. It seems that it was set up only for this film (Arabic and English versions as well as the making of) according to this page on imdb:

I tried to contact Anchor Bay Entertainment but no word from them as yet.
In an interview he conducted during filming of the message, the film's director (Moustapha Akkad) said that the goal behind the film was to try and close the gap between the Muslim world and the West. I'm not sure if this means it's okay to freely distribute it or not. Anyway, thought I'd ask here to see if you guys know anything about it.
